To be clear, we are responsible for the server functionality & security environment for your websites and email. Website owners are still responsible for their website functionality & security. We provide a support channel that is technically capable and possibly ready to help in those areas beyond our scope but we are not obligated to resolve any issues that is unexpected or unforeseen that may happen and unrelated to server issues. We are not obligated to address any business loss claimed due to any issues related to the hosting service or your website. In some cases, we have fixed an issue and you want us to find out the cause. For situation like this, we will find and provide as clear explanation as possible but we are not obligated to provide it if we deemed it is not relevant or may require unreasonably time consuming to do so. To put across a clear message, we will not hesitate to reject any request we deemed unreasonable or beyond our scope. If there is a technical problem, we may be able to fix but not neccessary we would know the cause so we will have to move on from there.
