Open Windows Control Panel > Click “Mail” > Click “Email Address”

Click “New”.

Select “Manual setup or additional server types” and click “next”.

Select POP or IMAP and click next.

Filled up : Your Name, Email Address, Incoming and outgoing mail server as mail.domain.com, username as email address and password. Check “remember password” and click settings.

Click on “Outgoing Server” tab. Next check the box “my outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication”.

Click “Advanced” Tab and set Incoming Server Port as 993 and SSL/TLS. Set Outgoing server(SMTP) as 465 and SSL/TLS. Finally click “ok”.

Click “Next” and you should see a Success Message ! Try do a send and receive to see if it works for you.
