Click “Settings”.

Click “Passwords & Accounts”

Click “Add Accounts”

Click “Others”

Click “Add Mail Accounts”

Fill up Name, Email, Password and Description.

Fill up the Incoming hostname : mail.domain.com
Fill up the username : user@domain.com(email address)
Fill up the Password : Email Password.

Fill up the Outgoing hostname : mail.domain.com
Fill up the username : user@domain.com(email address)
Fill up the Password : Email Password.

Click Next.

Wait for it to verify.

Once it verified, it usually will go back to the settings page. If it doesn(sometimes) or has error ignore it first.

Simply go back to home page and go settings > passwords and accounts > Click on your Accounts Name > Account and you will come to this page. Click Advanced.

Enable “Use SSL” and Change Server Port to 993.

Click <Account to go back.

Click “SMTP” > Primary Server

Enable SSL and change port to 465 and click “Done”.

Once this is all done, please go to your mail app to check if you can send and receive. If you are still encountering errors, it maybe because your password that you input is wrong. Try login via the webmail to test the password that you think is correct to see if you can login. If you are not able to login, do reset your email password and remember the password. The webmail URL to use to login can be found in the “Web Hosting Account Information Email” that we have first send you after your purchase.
